Don't return home to this! Take precautions before you go.

Vacation is supposed to be relaxing, but it gets negated if you return to discover that your home or business flooded in your absence. Whether you need water pipe repair or simply turn off your water main, you can protect your home and business against leaks and water damage by these safeguards.

Common Leak Sources

Before you leave it is important to complete a walkthrough of your property. There are several appliances and fixtures in your home that could leak while you are gone:

Always visually inspect these items before you leave for an extended period of time.
