Matt, Robert, Nima and Omar have been amazing, helping us out throughout the process of our claim. They have been very supportive and I would recommend them to anyone.

Used SERVPRO as requested by insurance company after we had a fire within the wall behind fireplace. Fire department did their job and left a mess.
Nima, Matt, and Marisol came today and did their cleanup & prep. They were professional, courteous, quick and thorough. Marisol will return tomorrow with her crew to do a HEPA cleaning. Happy with the entire SERVPRO team so far including roofer Manny wrapping the damaged chimney before the rain, and Keith the mitigation manager.

The Woodland Hills branch is awesome. Matt and Geo are professional, courteous and were a pleasure to deal with during this trying time for us. SERVPRO will always be my choice for this type of work based on this experience.

Keith, Nima, and Matt did a very thorough and professional job drying and repairing our condo after some water damage. We were very impressed with the quality of their work and their professionalism on the job.

In less than 2 years I had a second raw sewage flood in my house.  SERVPRO responded promptly and came to help. The first time they came before I could even get a claim number from Homeowners Insurance and cleaned up a truly disgusting mess that left almost $20K of damage. They were compassionate and worked with me to resolve all the associated issues that arose from tearing out walls, including finding asbestos!! Making a long accolade short, OMAR and MATT came out the second time and knew just what to do. The mess is cleaned up, and now the rebuild can begin. Thank you SERVPRO. You made this awful experience easy and comforting.

Nobody wants to deal with any kind of disaster scenario. But if you need to, you simply need to work with this company.  I came home to a burst pipe that had run for 7-9 hours. Thankfully, my neighbor had SERVPRO's phone number, and I was amazed. They showed up in less than two hours and were there till about 1 in the morning. Over the next couple of weeks, they were at my house almost daily, drying out the house, packing me up (yes, they do that too!) dealing with various flood/water issues with me and my insurance company and keeping me in the loop. 2 years ago- I have become aware of SERVPRO of Tarzana over the past several years and would suggest them as a solution to all of your restoration needs. In times of need yes, you need a crew that will step in and clean up the mess. Yes, they have an excellent crew and they will do just that with professionalism and the best of training. I've heard horror stories about restoration folks... but they certainly don't apply to this SERVPRO team!  They showed me readings all over the place to make sure dehumidifiers, etc. were appropriately placed.  They comforted me and walked me through a strategy to fix what happened.  And it went flawlessly as planned.  They came in, hooked up and left their equipment and removed it within but a few day's time!  I thought it was going to be much more intensive.  

I hope I never have to hire them again, but I'd be thrilled to recommend them to anyone.

This particular franchise of SERVPRO is so professional yet they are relatable as well. I had a flooding emergency that from the first call they were compassionate, informative and dependable. It is in the times of emergency you need someone to help keep you calm and follow up with the same care and concern. They treated me like I mattered.  Companies that value people should be rewarded and I have never had this good of an experience with any company where customer service matters.

I hope nothing bad happens that would require that you have to use SERVPRO but if something does happen SERVPRO is the real deal. Throughout my family's recovery from a fire, they have been the best and most professional people to work with. Jenny and the rest of the SERVPRO Team have gone above and beyond with communication throughout the process and have done everything with kindness and an amazing attitude. My mom recently had a hot water pipe burst under her office building. The damage was extensive, and SERVPRO of Tarzana did a wonderful job of getting her property back to normal after it tested positively for mold. We had a major fire in our condominium complex that destroyed 8 units. SERVPRO was contacted and they were promptly on the job.  Their staff is very professional and were  readily available to meet the needs of the residents who were affected. Absolutely wonderful. The best ever! I had a flood. They came over immediately, made a diagnosis, and began treatment immediately. Everything happened so fast that there was no major damage. It was difficult for me to find times to meet them and they always accommodated my schedule. Their service and ability and accommodation in customer service and just everything is unbelievably amazing! Extraordinary! If you're ever unfortunate enough to have the need for them, hire them! I’m writing to recommend SERVPRO services. I had a very unfortunate situation in which we had a house fire. From day one, they had my interest at the forefront. They had it boarded up and within a short time we had the reconstruction completely planned and coordinated with my insurance company. The assigned project manager always kept informed and provided options as it progressed. I can tell you that they went above and beyond to make sure that it was done right. You hear of so many bad situations in this world. I recommend going with SERVPRO because they have been in business for a long time and have the backing to get things done. They made it this terrible situation so much less stressful. I was able to concentrate on my family and work without worrying about this project.

I moved into my apartment on January 9th and on January 24th we had a fire which made our place completely unihabitable. I have never been in this situation before so I had no idea what to do.  I called SERVPRO and Brandon was so kind and understanding and answered all of my questions on the phone.  He met with me the very next day and was able to schedule me a couple of hours later due to the emergency like state of needing to get out of the apartment.  The crew worked for hours cleaning and packing my stuff and taking inventory of everything, making it one less headache for me to deal with.
